About Us
ROLLEY ENGINEERING, INC. was founded in October 2001 by Robert A. Rolley, P.E., and provides professional electrical engineering services to private, public and governmental clients. The firm is located in Tampa, Florida and has been retained by such well known firms as General Electric, Moog, Allstate Insurance Company, Aetna Insurance Company, Department of Defense, the Military Forces, the U.S. Postal Service, the General Services Administration and many other private and governmental agencies. We also offer project management, commissioning, construction administration, project assessment and "LEED" certification to many of our clients.
Since its inception, Mr. Rolley has instituted the principles of integrity, honor and trust learned at the Virginia Military Institute as the core foundation for Rolley Engineering. This small, military college focuses on "building character", where cadets live by an "honor code" that forbids lying, cheating, stealing or tolerating anyone who does. Engineering is an important and learned profession that requires the highest standards of honesty, integrity, fairness and impartiality. These founding traits are the heart and soul of Rolley Engineering, Inc.
Designing and coordinating a diverse range of project scopes without compromising budget and schedule demands creativity, technical expertise and experience. We believe in principal participation in every project from initial design and engineering concept to on-site inspection and follow-up. The staff at REI is thoroughly experienced in all aspects of electrical engineering including: lighting, emergency generation, redundant power sources, lightning protection, security, fire alarm, telecommunications, access control, CCTV surveillance and structured cabling systems.
We excel on client expectation. Our capabilities as team players contribute to the success of each and every project and we provide design solutions which are easily constructed, efficient in the use of materials and energy which delivers value for every dollar. We are large enough to handle the most sophisticated assignments yet small enough to maintain personal service. We think imaginatively and inventively about our designs and provide innovative designs for both today and tomorrow.
